The goals of the Amtrak Graphics Signage Manual are to convey a consistent corporate image of the company’s strength and reliability and reflect a new brand that puts the safety, comfort and enjoyment of every passenger first.

Station Planning Guidelines

These standards have been developed to assist multiple internal and external stakeholders with undertaking station designs and renovations. The document is not intended to be a set of specifications, although more detailed typical plans and specifications may become a companion volume to this guide. This guide is also intended to be a flexible guideline.
